Relevant Tech Bulletins, delivered to your email address, written for
the normal user to operate, maintain and troubleshoot their Baird spectrometer.
These are written with a maximum of information, but a minimum of technical
terms.
- Knowledgeable Technical
Support: No cost Technical Support, by FAX, email or phone, supplied
by Service Engineers with years of experience on Baird spectrometers.
Our emphasis is keeping your Baird spectrometer operating at a minimum
parts / Service cost.
- Troubleshooting Flowcharts:
(available soon) Web based flow charts for the common problems encountered
with Baird spectrometers, by model & problem.
On Site Service:
On site Field Service is available worldwide by former Baird Factory Engineers,
each with many years of Baird experience, at very attractive Labor &
Travel rates. We offer all the following Services:
- Normal Maintenance calls
- Repair Services on all spectrometer
systems: Sources, readouts, optical, and, vacuum systems.
- Analytical line additions
and upgrades: You give us the matrix(s) required and we will advise
on line selection and cost.
- Complete calibration services:
We can advise on the correct CRM and SRM STDs required. We can supply
all CRM / SRM stds from all the standards suppliers
- Grating changes for many
Baird spectrometer models.
- Complete Readout / Source
retrofits complete with Windows based Arc / Spark Analytical software.
- Repair of sources and readouts
in our own repair facility are available.
- We do not emphasize Service
Contracts, but will quote contracts, if requested.
